REGISTRATION FORM
MART museum trip, Giacomo Balla exhibition, Depero house and Rovereto castle
Saturday 3 October 2026
DEPARTURE: 6:30 am
Meeting at the parking lot next to the Tamoil station on Via Italo Cremona in Gazzada Schianno.
9:30 am - Expected arrival at the MART Museum in Rovereto.
10:00 am - entry with guided tour of the MART Museum, the Giacomo Balla exhibition and the Depero House.
1:00 pm - End of the visit.
From 1:00 pm - Free lunch
2:00 pm - Meeting for the visit to Rovereto Castle and the War Museum.
4:30 pm - Meet at the castle parking lot for the return to Gazzada Schianno
EXPECTED ARRIVAL around 8:00 pm at the Tamoil Parking Lot - Via Italo Cremona - Gazzada Schianno
The fee includes: transfer by Grand Touring coach, admission to the various venues and guides while places last.
Participation fee: Members € 79.00 - non-members € 99.00 (includes 2026 ordinary membership registration)
The trip is open to everyone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
To take part you must be an ARTandCHARITY O.D.V. member in good standing with the 2026 membership fee (€ 20.00), required by current regulations and necessary for insurance coverage.

How to proceed with payment of the registration fee:
If you registered friends who are still NOT members of the association, you must add to the trip registration fee the association membership fee (being a member is mandatory as it includes insurance).
Members fee € 79.00
NON-members fee € 99.00 (includes association membership for year 2026)
At our office:
You can come to our office at via G. Verdi, 17 in Brunello on opening days (Monday and Friday from 9:30 to 12:30 - Wednesday from 14:30 to 18:30) and pay by debit/credit card.
Bank Transfer:
You can choose to pay your registration via Bank Transfer Banca Intesa San Paolo - Iban IT49 M030 6909 6061 0000 0171 916
(enter in the reason “Surname Name - Event name”).
PayPal/Credit card:
Once you have filled in the registration form you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to proceed with payment: You will simply need to click on the relevant link (trip registration or trip registration + ordinary member registration) and pay the related fee.
