We are pleased to announce that our President, Giovanni Tommasi, will be among the instructors of the courses organized by UniCagnola in Gazzada Schianno.
His contribution will take shape in the course “From Passion to Project: A Practical Guide to Managing an Association”, a program designed for those who wish to start, structure, or improve the management of a cultural, social, or artistic association.
A concrete and hands-on course
The program includes 4 practical lessons (September 30, October 7, October 14, and October 21, 2025 – from 9:00 to 10:30 am), in which participants will have the opportunity to acquire practical tools to:
- understand how to establish an association, from statutory aspects to fiscal and legal requirements;
- manage the administrative and financial side, with a focus on digital payment and collection tools (PayPal, Satispay, bank transfers);
- best organize members and volunteers through databases, communications, renewals, and insurance;
- develop communication and promotion strategies, using newsletters, web, social media, and even artificial intelligence as a support for communication.
Experience at the service of associations
The course is born from the many years of experience of Giovanni Tommasi in the field of business consulting, communication, marketing, and the development of websites and e-commerce, combined with his direct experience in leading cultural and associative projects.
As founder and president of ARTandCHARITY O.D.V., Tommasi has overseen all phases of creation, management, and promotion of cultural and charitable events, developing a complete and operational vision of organizational dynamics.

The goal is to accompany participants on a journey that helps them transform simple passion into a structured, sustainable project capable of generating a positive impact on the territory and the community.
