Assembly of Members 2025: new elections, budgets, and many projects for the future

Friday, May 16, 2025, the annual Ordinary Assembly of Members was held at the headquarters of ARTandCHARITY ODV, at via Verdi 17 in Brunello (VA), a fundamental moment of sharing, discussion, and planning for our association.

The meeting was chaired by President Giovanni Tommasi, who opened the proceedings at 8:30 PM, in the presence of members, the outgoing Board of Directors, and some supporting friends.

The evening began with the appointment of Maria Manuela Codazzi as Secretary of the assembly, tasked with drafting the minutes. It then moved into the heart of the matter with the President's report: a heartfelt and precise account of the activities carried out in 2024, enriched with images and slides that retraced events, exhibitions, concerts, and solidarity projects realized thanks to the contribution of volunteers, artists, and supporters.

A look to the future has arrived with the presentation of the program for 2025, which promises to be full of artistic initiatives, charity events, cultural collaborations, and social activities, including the continuation of the project "Training for autonomy" aimed at young adults. The 2025 budget forecast was also unanimously approved by those present.

There was great participation during the elections of the new Board of Directors for the 2025–2028 term. After the farewell of Ivana Edondi, who chose not to run again while remaining active as a volunteer, the following were elected:

• Anna Grazia Santangelo
• Raffaella Martignoni
• Maria Manuela Codazzi
• Giovanni Tommasi

Giovanni Tommasi was finally reconfirmed with a unanimous vote as President of the association for the next three years.

At the end of the meeting, a rich refreshment was served, a convivial moment that encouraged exchange, socialization, and the pleasure of being together in a serene and constructive atmosphere.

It was a well-attended and heartfelt meeting, which strengthened the sense of community and the shared commitment to carry forward our mission: to promote culture and art in the service of solidarity.

Heartfelt thanks to those who participated, to those who voted, to those who continue to believe in the value of our actions. The journey of ARTandCHARITY ODV continues, with renewed energy and many new ideas to realize together.
